A little tip: use smoothie makers or blenders for better quality.
Decorate with slices of mango and lime
Decorated with basil leaves and chia seeds.
3)Banana-Pineapple Smoothie with Currants
1/5 cup frozen redcurrant
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
4/5 frozen banana
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup ice cubes
1 tsp yogurt
Topping - banana, red currant.
